Ixon Demonio 1-Piece Leather Suit - Black/White/Red
Combination developed in-house with our MotoGP teams, with a unique, asymmetrical look
This new suit is based on the design of the VORTEX 3, inheriting all the in-house design work carried out with our MotoGP teams to bring innovations and technologies from the Grand Prix paddock to our users. We've combined our racing expertise with hundreds of hours of product development, research, testing and iteration.
Colours Out!
The DEMONIO stands out in particular for its deliberately imposing and asymmetrical colour blocks for a look that's 100% demonic and 100% sharp: this racing suit is ready to take on the track and the clock!
Cut: an important criterion when choosing equipment
This garment has a FIT cut: depending on your morphology, it may be preferable to choose one size above your usual size. The FIT cut is close-fitting, meaning it follows the rider's anatomy to allow the garment to move with the body. This fit is best suited to tailored physiques and offers fewer compromises than a REGULAR fit.

- Forearm assembly protection and wrist zip protection in highly abrasion-resistant polymer materials
- 3D Mesh reinforcement with 600D stiffener on the thighs and back
- Double layer of leather on the seat
- External/internal leather reinforcement on the thighs
- Foam coccyx protection
- YKK nylon #8 zip with self-locking slider for the main closure
- Semi-self-locking slider on the wrist and calf zip
- Fully secured double reverse stitching for all assemblies

- Outer material: Leather + 4-way stretch nylon lined with Lycra
- Inner material: Fixed soft mesh and recycled soft mesh vest + removable lycra insert
- Adjustments: Zipped comfort gusset on the calves
- Pockets: 2 inside pockets on the removable vest

- New dual-density polymer ODAs on the shoulders and knees
- New removable and replaceable IX-23-ESLIDER elbow sliders, derived from MotoGP
- Removable, replaceable and position-adjustable RACE 2.0 knee sliders, used in MotoGP
- New aerodynamic hump used in MotoGP
- 0.5L water bladder docking system
- Anti-slip panels on the shins for better grip in boots
- Removable mesh vest
- Ankle strap for attaching legs to a hanger
Fit and Comfort
- Cut: Fit - Close to the body
- 4-way stretch nylon panels on the torso / sleeves + shoulders / crotch + legs for adjustability and ease of movement - Fully lined in lycra for a comfortable feel
- Seamless 4-way double-layer inserts on the wrists / ankles / back of the collar for optimized comfort in flexion zones in the racing position
- Accordion flex on the ribs / shoulder blades / lower back / knees for flexibility and to allow the airbag to be triggered
- New forearm construction with zip in the rear position for improved comfort in the racing position
- Neoprene comfort lining at the collar
- 3D Mesh reinforcement on the thighs and back for optimized air circulation and increased protection in sensitive areas
- Localized micro-perforations from the knees to the shoulders for optimal ventilation
- SEKH 3D Mesh protector pockets for better air circulation between the body and the protector
