Developed over a decade, the Supertech R10 Helmet is Alpinestars most advanced motorcycle race helmet for road and track riding. FIM-homologated and ECE 22.06 and DOT certified, its multi-layer carbon shell, eight-piece multi-density EPS, and low-friction liner were MotoGP-validated, exceeding ECE 22.06 by 37% (linear) and 65% (rotational). A-Head Fitment System, dual spoilers, and eleven-vent cooling deliver personalized comfort, high-speed stability, and clear focus with reduced fatigue.
Includes two shields (clear and dark smoke), race and road spoilers, Pinlock 120XLT lens, tear-offs, wind and breath deflectors, and helmet bag.

- Multi-density EPS liner with low-friction inner coating engineered to absorb impact energy and enhance rotational force management.
- Raised chin bar profile with EPP liner designed to mitigate collarbone injury risk.
- Patented rotational-impact management: polished, low-friction inner surface enables controlled head-to-helmet slip to reduce transmitted rotational forces.
- Emergency Cheek Pad Release System for safe helmet removal by trackside medical personnel.
Constuction
- Lightweight construction: approximately 1,540 grams (size M).
- Shell structure: multi-layer composite of 3K high-density carbon fiber and uni-directional carbon fiber reinforced with aramid fiber and fiberglass, bonded with epoxy resin; eight-piece multi-density EPS liner (six specific densities) and a raised chin bar with an EPP liner; 11-port ventilation architecture (7 intakes: 3 chin, 4 crown; 4 exhausts) with internal channels molded into the EPS and shell.
- Aerodynamic components: two interchangeable spoilers (Road and Race) with a patented release mechanism, integrated lateral winglets, and surface turbulators; Optical Class 1 shield with anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, metal locking mechanism, Pinlock-ready with tear-off posts, and a tool-less quick-release system.
- Fit architecture: four outer shell sizes paired with four inner shells; A-Head Fitment System allowing height and angle adjustment of the crown assembly.
- Hydration routing: integrated internal channels to accommodate a hydration tube.
- Interior assembly: removable, washable padding in anti-microbial, moisture-wicking textiles; includes breath deflector and wind deflector.
